¡Estamos buscando un Técnico Mecánico de Línea (Electromecánico)!

Requisitos

Objetivo del cargo:

Garantizar la continuidad operativa de las líneas de producción mediante la ejecución oportuna y eficiente de actividades de mantenimiento mecánico preventivo y correctivo, asegurando la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y desempeño óptimo de los equipos, así como el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad e inocuidad definidos por la organización.

Formación académica: Técnico o Tecnólogo en Mecánica Industrial, Mantenimiento Industrial, Electromecánica o carreras afines.

Experiencia requerida: Mínimo 2 a 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento mecánico de líneas de producción en plantas industriales.

Funciones principales:

  • Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo mecánico en las líneas de producción.
  • Atender fallas mecánicas durante la operación de las líneas de producción para restablecerla en el menor tiempo posible.
  • Realizar inspecciones mecánicas periódicas en equipos y componentes de línea para detectar condiciones anormales.
  • Ejecutar ajustes, cambios y montaje de componentes mecánicos.
  • Apoyar la puesta en marcha de líneas y equipos después de mantenimientos o paradas.
  • Registrar y reportar las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas para asegurar la trazabilidad.
  • Participar en la identificación e implementación de mejoras mecánicas en las líneas.
  • Apoyar la capacitación de operadores en cuidado básico y mantenimiento autónomo.
  • Cumplir los procedimientos y normas de seguridad, calidad e inocuidad aplicables a su área.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo mecánico en líneas de producción.
  • Sistemas mecánicos: transmisiones, reductores, rodamientos, bombas y bandas transportadoras.
