Com a ambiciosa missão de inovar um dos setores mais importantes do país, o Grupo Delta Energia atua ativamente para oferecer soluções transformadoras, impactando diretamente a economia e a vida de milhares de pessoas.Como Analista de FP&A SR, você será responsável por liderar a análise integrada de dados financeiros e operacionais, promovendo o alinhamento estratégico e operacional em toda a empresa. Seu papel incluirá o desenvolvimento de modelos preditivos, cenários de simulação e apoio à tomada de decisão rápida e baseada em dados.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir o ciclo de planejamento financeiro das empresas do grupo (orçamento, forecast e análise de resultados), consolidar a visão de resultado e caixa e transformar os números em recomendações para a diretoria;Planejamento: Conduzir o orçamento anual e os forecasts das empresas do grupo (comercialização, geração e biocombustíveis), consolidando premissas com as áreas de negócio;Fechamento gerencial: Elaborar o fechamento gerencial mensal: DRE gerencial, EBITDA, fluxo de caixa (direto e indireto) e capital de giro, por empresa e consolidado;Análise de Resultados: Analisar realizado × orçado × forecast, explicar os desvios de receita, margem, despesas, endividamento e caixa e propor planos de ação;Modelagem: Construir e manter modelos de projeção de resultado e caixa, cenários e sensibilidades (preço de energia/PLD, volumes, juros, câmbio) e análises de viabilidade de projetos e operações estruturadas;Indicadores e Reporte: Acompanhar os KPIs financeiros e operacionais e preparar relatórios e apresentações para diretoria e sócios;Integração: Consolidar as análises de OPEX e CAPEX da Controladoria na visão global de performance, incluindo a conciliação intercompany, em conjunto com Controladoria e Tesouraria;Automação e Dados: Automatizar e padronizar processos e relatórios de FP&A (bases do ERP, Power BI, modelos em Excel), garantindo qualidade e rastreabilidade dos números;Análises AD HOC: Apoiar análises para captações, contratos e operações de energia e avaliação de investimentos.Relacionamento: interação constante com as áreas de negócio, controladoria e tesouraria.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriaSuperior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação/MBA em Finanças é desejável;Experiência a partir de 5 anos em FP&A, planejamento financeiro, controladoria ou consultoria financeira;Excel avançado (modelagem financeira, tabelas dinâmicas, Power Query);Contabilidade (DRE, balanço, fluxo de caixa) e finanças corporativas (VPL, TIR, custo de capital, valuation);Ferramenta de BI (Power BI de preferência);Vivência com ERP na extração e análise de dados financeiros.DiferenciaisVivência em setor energético, commodities ou indústria;Experiência técnica com: SAP Business One, SQL e/ou Python (para extração e automação de dados) e Ferramentas de planejamento (ex.: Anaplan, Adaptive, TOTVS Planning);Conhecimento de particularidades do setor elétrico (CCEE, PLD, contratos de energia, leilões) ou commodities;Certificações em finanças (ex.: CFA, CPA-20).Informações adicionais Plano de saúde subsidiado pela empresa (sem coparticipação); Seguro de Vida; Vale refeição; Vale alimentação; Vale transporte; Valorização da saúde e bem-estar | grupo de corrida e/ou ciclismo (EQ Performance);Wellhub.
