ESCOLARIDADE:

  • Graduação obrigatória em Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Administração ou Engenharia;
  • Pós-graduação ou MBA será considerado um diferencial.

REQUISITOS:

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos na área de FP&A;
  • Conhecimento em demonstrações financeiras, incluindo DRE, Balanço Patrimonial e Fluxo de Caixa;
  • Conhecimento de métricas financeiras e indicadores de rentabilidade;
  • Excel avançado.

ATIVIDADES A SEREM REALIZADAS:

  • Conduzir o ciclo completo de planejamento financeiro, incluindo orçamento, rolling forecast e análise de variações, com elaboração de narrativa executiva para a holding e suas subsidiárias;
  • Construir e manter modelos financeiros para análise de cenários, projetos de investimento (CAPEX) e avaliação de novas iniciativas estratégicas;
  • Desenvolver e monitorar indicadores financeiros e operacionais (KPIs);
  • Elaborar estudos de viabilidade econômica e financeira para novos projetos, investimentos e expansões de rede;
  • Elaborar relatórios de performance mensal, contemplando EBITDA, receita e margens, com análise das variações por driver;
  • Participar de avaliações de M&A, due diligence e integração financeira de novos negócios;
  • Participar de projetos de transformação digital e implantação de sistemas financeiros.

DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Experiência prévia no setor de telecomunicações, provedores de internet (ISP), backbone, fibra óptica ou SCM;
  • Pós-graduação ou MBA;
  • Vivência com ferramentas de BI e sistemas ERP, preferencialmente Sankhya;
  • Participação em projetos de transformação digital ou implantação de sistemas financeiros;
  • Conhecimentos de programação e Inteligência Artificial.
