Nos encontramos en la búsqueda del mejor talento para cubrir la vacante de: Analista de Campañas PV

Misión: Identificar, analizar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio para el planteamiento y lanzamiento de campañas de producto de servicio para la flota instalada, con el fin de contribuir al logro de los objetivos trazados por el negocio.

Funciones:

  • Mantener los conocimientos en las tendencias del área de Postventa, realizar benchmark periódico de la competencia y levantar información sobre los nuevos productos ofrecidos en el mercado.
  • Asignar metas de venta de acuerdo con el parque instalado en la región para contribuir con el análisis de impacto del producto creado.
  • Desarrollar campañas de servicio en base a las diferentes operaciones, clientes, segmentos de vehículos comerciales para asegurar la rentabilidad del negocio.
  • Analizar y proponer los productos de servicio a las diferentes subgerencias de servicio a nivel nacional desde su lanzamiento hasta los resultados de lo propuesto.
  • Generar estrategias de atracción, retención y fidelización de clientes en nuevos productos para la división de servicio.
  • Proporcionar tarifa de contrato de mantenimiento competitivos acorde al mercado, así como la revisión conjunta con las áreas de soporte técnico y jefaturas de producto para buscar la mejor alternativa de precios.
  • Crecimiento de facturación en campañas y nuevos productos.
  • Identificar, analizar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio para plantear y lanzar campañas de producto de servicio para el negocio.

Requisitos

  • Carrera universitaria culminada en Administración y/o Ingenierías Mecánicas o afines.
  • Experiencia en Elaboración de campañas (sector automotriz).
  • Experiencia en Cálculo de Tarifas de Contratos de Mantenimiento (sector automotriz).
  • Conocimiento en Ventas Intangibles (sector automotriz).
  • Conocimiento en Marketing (sector automotriz).
  • 3 años de experiencia profesional y 2 años en posiciones similares.
  • SAP - nivel Intermedio (deseable).
  • Excel - Nivel Intermedio a Avanzado.
  • Manejo de Power BI (deseable).
