Misión del Puesto:

Desarrollar proyectos y acciones de mejora de los principales procesos de la organización de logística de vehículos de acuerdo a las metodologías de diseño y la Norma ISO 9001 con la finalidad de tener procesos simples, ágiles y eficientes, mediante utilización e implementación de sistemas o herramientas digitales, logrando la mejora continua de las áreas internas de la organización y generando ahorros y beneficios económicos. Analizar los PNC y generar los ACR con el fin de ejecutar planes de acción que mitiguen la recurrencia de fallas.

Funciones:

  • Gestionar integralmente el proceso de Productos No Conforme (PNC), asegurando su identificación, registro, análisis, seguimiento y cierre, mediante la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas orientadas a reducir la recurrencia de fallas, coordinando con las áreas de atención al cliente o líneas de negocio según sea el caso.Gestionar integralmente el proceso de Productos No Conforme (PNC), asegurando su identificación, registro, análisis, seguimiento y cierre, mediante la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas orientadas a reducir la recurrencia de fallas, coordinando con las áreas de atención al cliente o líneas de negocio según sea el caso.
  • Analizar los ACR (análisis causa raíz) de PNC (producto no conforme), con el objetivo de encontrar las causas recurrentes, corregirlas y cumplir con los plazos de repuesta a los clientes internos. Liderar la reunión mensual de indicadores de PNC con las líneas de negocio.
  • Analizar los procesos de logística negocio en la organización como cuellos de botella, demoras, sobre costos, entre otros con la finalidad de identificar y sugerir oportunidades de mejora, utilizando la metodología de diseño (Lean, Six sigma, Kaizen, entre otros) con el fin de optimizar resultados centrados en costos, productividad o servicio.
  • Participar activamente en el mantenimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC) bajo la Norma ISO 9001 a través del control documentario, auditorías, seguimiento de los objetivos de la calidad, planes de acción del sistema y capacitaciones al personal a fin de asegurar que los procesosse cumplan con lo definido de todos los procesos del área y de la compañía.
  • Auditar internamente a todos loslas áreas procesos que tengan la posibilidad de ser auditadas por la entidad externa a fin de identificar y levantar oportunidades de mejora de manera anticipada.
  • Liderar el desarrollo, automatización y mejora continua de dashboards, reportes e indicadores de gestión del área de LDV utilizando herramientas digitales y de inteligencia artificial, garantizando la confiabilidad, oportunidad y trazabilidad de la información.
  • Definir indicadores para la medición del impacto de las mejoras aplicadas para verificar la optimización.
  • Cuantificar el beneficio y ahorro de las mejoras antes y después de la implementación, validar el ahorro en coordinación con Control de gestión el equipo de costos y gastos de LDV con el fin de asegurar un correcto cumplimiento.

Requisitos

  • Carrera Universitaria completa en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas y Afines a ciencias empresariales ( Deseable).
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Excel ( Nivel avanzado).
  • Conocimiento en Herramientas estadísticas y Mejora continua (Kaizen, Lean Sixsigma, Análisis de Causas).Deseable.
  • Conocimiento en Software de diagramación de procesos (Bizagi)- Deseable
  • Conocimiento del SAP - Deseable
  • Experiencia de Herramientas de IA (Claude, Copilot o Chatgtp) - Exigible
  • Cumplir mínimo 2 año en la posición actual
