Misión

Brindar soluciones ante las necesidades del negocio, realizando la evaluación funcional mediante el uso de metodologías de desarrollo de software, con el propósito de implementar mejoras que contribuyan al logro de los objetivos organizacionales.

Funciones:

  • Proponer soluciones de mejora informática referentes a su ámbito de acción con la finalidad de agregar valor a las áreas de negocio.
  • Analizar las solicitudes de mejora realizadas hacia las aplicaciones de su ámbito de acción, presentando propuestas a su jefatura, con el fin de analizar la viabilidad de dichas propuestas.
  • Participar en los proyectos de implementaciones de nuevas aplicaciones, a fin de procurar que las mismas cubran las necesidades del negocio y se integren correctamente con las aplicaciones que están en productivo.
  • Coordinar con los consultores corporativos de TI Chile para conocer las mejoras informáticas realizadas a fin de implementarlas para Perú en caso aplique. De darse el caso que se implemente, se debe evaluar y realizar adecuaciones por diferencias entre cada país.
  • Evaluar y planificar los tiempos y actividades de los requerimientos y priorizarlos en conjunto con los proveedores y usuarios de las distintas áreas, para garantizar que los requerimientos sean atendidos según la urgencia del negocio.
  • Realizar la documentación de las mejoras implementadas (especificaciones funcionales, manuales de usuario y presentaciones) a fin de evidenciar la gestión realizada ante posibles auditorias y tener referencias para el futuro.
  • Realizar las pruebas unitarias e integrales de las mejoras desarrolladas con el objetivo de asegurar la calidad del servicio brindado.
  • Coordinar y validar los pases a producción propios del requerimiento a fin de que los usuarios puedan realizar las pruebas oportunamente.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Industrial o afines.
  • Tiempo de experiencia 4 - 5 años
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Nivel Intermedio) - Exigible
  • Experiencia con Lenguajes de programación (Nivel básico)
  • Manejo de IA
  • Experiencia con Bases de datos
  • SAP MM / SAP ABAP / SAP PI
  • Web Services
  • Dominio de Inglés (Nivel Intermedio)
  • Experiencia en Mejora de procesos (herramientas BPM)
