Nos encontramos en la búsqueda del mejor talento para cubrir la vacante de: Asesor / a De Contact Center (La Victoria)

Misión:

Gestionar la cartera de prospectos/clientes de bases externas y nuevos leads recibidos por canales digitales para generar oportunidades de negocio e incremento de facturación a las diferentes líneas de negocio.

Funciones:

  • Gestionar la cartera de prospectos y clientes de manera remota (llamadas, WhatsApp,Freshchat, y correos)) con la finalidad de detectar las necesidades del cliente y las oportunidades de negocio.
  • Registrar la gestión completay oportuna en SAP CRM con la finalidad de mejorar la completitud y confiabilidad de la data de la cartera asignada
  • Realizar seguimiento a las oportunidades de negocio generadas para verificar que se realice el cierre de la venta.
  • Atender de forma inmediata aGestionar los clientes que ingresan directo al celular de la línea de negocio o Freshchat, ya sea por llamadas o wspWhatsapp, para generar prospección, conversión y atención inmediata.
  • Participar en reuniones comerciales con el fin de aportar hallazgos y propuestas de mejora.
  • Realizar visitas a tiendas con el fin de alinear la gestión remota con experiencia presencial y portafolio.

Requisitos

  • Carrera Técnica Incompleto - Exigible
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (nivel básico) - Exigible
  • Conocimiento del sector automotriz - Deseable
  • Conocimiento del SAP – CRM - Deseable
  • Tiempo sugerido de experiencia en puestos similares: 2 años
