Misión:

Asegurar la óptima planificación y programación de los trabajos de reparación y mantenimiento de los vehiculos en taller de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos de carga de MO de Obra y las politicas de la compañía

Funciones:

  • Asegurar la óptima planificación y programación de los trabajos de reparación y mantenimiento de los vehiculos en taller de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos de carga de MO de Obra y las politicas de la compañía
  • Programar diariamente y anticipadamente los trabajos que se realizaran en el taller, cargando las posiciones las MO en las OT’s de trabajos y dejándolas lista para la notificación. Ingresar y dar salida diariamente a los técnicos del taller antes de la programación de trabajo.
  • Asegurar las marcaciones en el time recording o el sistema que el negocio implemente, para registrar los trabajos de los técnicos (Mano de Obra) en SAP.
  • Realizar la apertura de las cotizaciones adicionales una vez aprobado el diagnóstico del técnico por el jefe de taller con la finalidad de enviar al asesor los presupuestos a ser aprobados por el cliente.
  • Controlar mediante los indicadores de productividad y eficiencia la máxima utilización de los recursos e mano de obra.
  • Asignar, Controlar y reportar las horas de diagnóstico producidas por el taller, generar reporte mensualizado para la jefatura del taller.
  • Controlar y Asegurar el cumplimiento del proceso de garantía, validando la información entregada por el técnico para evitar reprocesos.

Requisitos

  • Carrera Tecnica Completa en Administración industrial y Ingeniería industrial
  • Tiempo sugerido de experiencia laboral: 2 – 3 años
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office EXCEL (nivel intermedio) - Deseable
  • Licencia de Conducir A1 - Deseable
  • Conocimiento del SAP – CRM - Deseable
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Trujillo
