Misión

Recepcionar vehículos y atender al cliente en los trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y/o correctivo a realizar y/o problemas que presente la unidad, obteniendo información de las preguntas, dudas y necesidades al ingreso del vehículo, asesorando e informando al cliente sobre el estado de los avances, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos, con el fin de cumplir los compromisos pactados, facilitar el paso vehicular y lograr la excelencia de servicio al cliente.

Funciones

  • Brindar asesoría (orientación técnica, temas de garantías aplicables y reclamos) al cliente respecto al ingreso al taller de sus vehículos con a la finalidad de cumplir con las necesidades del cliente.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con los clientes sobre los avances de trabajos en su vehículo, dando a conocer los presupuestos y reparaciones así como reprogramaciones de entrega, a fin de cumplir con los compromisos pactados
  • Realizar el seguimiento desde la apertura de la Orden de Trabajo (OT) hasta el cierre de la misma, verificando las liquidaciones de los trabajos efectuados, a fin de que coincida con lo presupuestado al cliente y agilizar el paso vehicular
  • Realizar la revisión de la unidad con el cliente en el momento de la entrega, explicando claramente los trabajos realizados y absolviendo sus preguntas con el fin de generar un lazo de confianza con él.
  • Brindar información adicional al cliente para generar las cotizaciones de repuestos y servicios adicionales a fin de ofrecer un servicio integral.
  • Cumplir con los índices de satisfacción al cliente (VOC y NPS) y con los procesos establecidos por el área con la finalidad de lograr buenos resultados en la experiencia del cliente
  • Revisar constantemente el avance de la facturación y la WIP, en conjunto con el Jefe de Servicio, para gestionar a tiempo el cierre/facturación de las Ots

Requisitos

  • Deseable tener carrera completa en mecánica automotriz y/o afines a ciencias administrativas
  • Experiencia laboral comprobable de 2 años a más.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (nivel intermedio) - Deseable
  • Licencia de Conducir (Brevete A-I)- Deseable
  • Manejo de SAP (OT, facturación) - Deseable
