Nos encontramos en la búsqueda del mejor talento para cubrir la vacante de: Asesor Técnico Star

Misión:

Brindar asistencia técnica de los clientes vía remota para las atenciones de auxilios mecánicos a fin de cumplir los niveles de satisfacción del área del Centro de Monitor Star y contribuir a la satisfacción del cliente.

Funciones:

  • Brindar atención técnica vía telefónica a los clientes que reportan averías en ruta de vehículos Comerciales, con la finalidad de poner en marcha la unidad y así lograr una satisfacción del cliente.
  • Asignar el caso enviando el informe de atención STAR y coordinar con la sucursal más cercana con el fin de realizar la asistencia del auxilio mecánico solicitado.
  • Aperturar Ordenes de trabajo de las asistencias en ruta, a nombre del asesor de la sucursal que ejecuta el trabajo con el fin de llevar un control de las atenciones.
  • Cotizar los auxilios mecánicos en los casos que no aplique atención con apertura de Orden de trabajo directa, enviar al cliente la cotización y confirmar el abono con el área de cobranzas con la finalidad de asegurar la ejecución de los servicios de auxilios mecánicos.
  • Codificar los repuestos para las asistencias fuera del horario de trabajo y coordinar con el personal logístico de emergencia para el envío respectivo.
  • Reportar al cliente los avances del auxilio por teléfono y correo (Hora de salida, llegada, termino del servicio) y enviar los informes de las atenciones remotas y en campo al cliente con la finalidad de asegurar la calidad del servicio.

Requisitos

  • Carrera Técnica completa en Mecánica Automotriz y afines a la mecánica.
  • Conocimiento de Excel (nivel básico) - Exigible
  • Licencia de Conducir (Brevete A-I)
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en Vehículos comerciales
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario rotativo 4X3 ( 8am a 8pm)
