Misión:

Asistir en los procesos operativos y de gestión al jefe directo, de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos, con el propósito de mantener los estándares óptimos de calidad y servicio, a fin de cubrir las necesidades de los clientes internos y externos.

Funciones:

  • Asistir en el proceso de recepción, picking y despacho de materiales, herramientas y/o repuestos a los clientes según lo dispuesto en los procedimientos del área.
  • Brindar soporte en el proceso de abastecimiento de materiales, identificando los riesgos de quiebre con el fin de reportarlo los mismos al área de planeamiento.
  • Recepcionar y gestionar los formatos para asegurar el proceso de compra de herramientas y equipos.
  • Brindar soporte a los técnicos de taller con el cambio de las herramientas dañadas que se encuentren asignadas a su persona para facilitar y continuar con el flujo de trabajo en taller.
  • Asistir con la elaboración de reportes asignados por el jefe directo con la finalidad de asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Brindar soporte en la generación de solped a los proveedores de servicios, mantenimiento de herramientas y equipos que se encuentren bajo la administración de Logística con el objetivo de controlar los gastos ejecutados en el área.
  • Asistir al jefe directo con la gestión de proveedores para el mantenimiento, calibración y reparación de equipos y herramientas de presión y medición que este bajo la administración del área con el fin de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las herramientas.
  • Mantener el orden y la distribución adecuada de materiales dentro del área con el propósito de contribuir a la mejora continua y eficiencia en las operaciones.

Requisitos

  • Secundaria completa (indispensable).
  • Experiencia realizando funciones similares por un periodo de 1 año como mínimo.
  • Conocimientos de microsoft office nivel básico (indispensable).
  • Conocimiento de SAP (deseable).
