Descripción del puesto

Misión: Ejecutar y coordinar la codificación de las piezas solicitadas por el área de Servicio, a través de sus distintos departamentos de garantías, taller, servicio exterior, contratos de mantenimientos y operaciones remotas para el mantenimiento y reparación de las distintas unidades que acuden a los distintos talleres, asegurando el correcto abastecimiento y entrega de piezas; de acuerdo al procedimiento establecido por el área para cumplir con los estándares de calidad, atención oportuna al cliente y las solicitudes presentadas.

  • Realizar la codificación de las piezas solicitadas por el personal de servicio, mediante el uso de la herramienta catalogo electrónico de repuestos.
  • Ejecutar la reposición del stock (mix repuestos) para poder contar con un abastecimiento de acuerdo al movimiento de los repuestos y así generar la atención más rápida al área de taller.
  • Realizar la revisión de piezas faltantes, cambio de códigos y lista de piezas sugeridas para la importación de fábrica.
  • Realizar seguimiento de los repuestos importados con el área de logística y abastecimiento de repuestos a través de la herramienta SAP y los canales de información correspondiente.
  • Coordinar con las áreas de contratos de mantenimiento, servicio exterior (STAR) y operaciones remotas la atención de las solicitudes de pedidos de repuestos, codificando y gestionando su atención.
  • Recepcionar los repuestos que son devueltos por el personal de taller con el objetivo de identificar el motivo de su devolución y gestionarla al almacén.

Requisitos

  • Carrera Técnica Completa en Mecánica Automotriz, Mecánica y/o afines.
  • Tiempo de experiencia de manera general: 01 a 02 años.
  • Tiempo de experiencia en funciones similares: 01 años.
  • Experiencia codificando repuestos, componentes y similares.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio (deseable).
  • Conocimiento en del idioma inglés a nivel básico para lectura de manuales (deseable).
  • Conocimiento en SAP (deseable).
