Nos encontramos en la búsqueda del mejor talento para cubrir la vacante de: Codificador de Repuestos

Misión: Realizar y registrar la cotización de repuestos revisando la disponibilidad de ellos en las distintas sedes o sucursales cumpliendo los procedimientos a seguir en el área de Repuestos para brindar la información solicitada a los vendedores y clientes.

Funciones:

  • Realizar la codificación y/o cotización de repuestos para verificar su disponibilidad según la solicitud de los vendedores corporativos o clientes.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de las solicitudes de los repuestos, en caso no se encuentren en la sucursal realizar una calzada previa coordinación con el cliente a fin de concluir con la venta del repuesto.
  • Efectuar la facturación de los repuestos solicitados por los clientes, coordinar con el área logística y el cliente los tiempos de despacho para cumplir con los tiempos acordados.
  • Ordenar las facturas, guías de remisión, órdenes de compra y partes de ingreso, según sea el caso, de las ventas realizadas y que la asistente de venta pueda entregar al área administrativa de Región Centro a fin de cumplir con los tiempos establecidos por las áreas contables.
  • Realizar informes de cumplimiento de calzadas y ventas perdidas a fin de cumplir con las políticas de ventas.

Requisitos

  • Carrera Técnica Completo - deseable
  • Mecatronica, Mecánica Automotriz y afines a la mecánica - exigible
  • Tiempo sugerido de experiencia laboral: 1 – 2 años
  • Tiempo sugerido de experiencia en puestos similares: 1 año
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (nivel básico) - deseable
  • Conocimiento del rubro automotriz - exigible
  • Conocimiento del SAP - deseable
  • Conocimiento Excel Intermedio ( Exigible).
  • Conocimiento Power BI ( Exigible)
