Nos encontramos en la búsqueda del mejor talento para cubrir la vacante de: Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico VC

Misión:

Conectar el trabajo de los Jefes de Soporte Técnico y los talleres para generar mejoras en la operación de nuestros productos, tomando, analizando y mejorando la información de campo para que llegue correctamente a los Jefes de Soporte Técnico. Asimismo, contribuye a sustentar la información técnica en los reportes a fábrica y a optimizar las operaciones de servicios donde se atienden los productos que comercializamos.

Funciones:

- Dar soporte de campo a los talleres en diagnósticos brindando información técnica específica con el fin de reducir el tiempo que los vehículos se encuentran en taller.

- Acompañar en campo las operaciones de los talleres en la recopilación y levantamiento de información técnica, y en las pruebas de campo solicitada por fábrica para acelerar los tiempos de definición de casos técnicos.

- Realizar visitas inopinadas a los talleres para supervisar las condiciones de trabajo y que las reparaciones y mantenimientos se realicen de acuerdo a los estándares del fabricante a fin de asegurar la calidad de los servicios.

- Proponer modificaciones y/o mejoras en los planes de mantenimiento, checklist y otras informaciones técnicas del área de Soporte Técnico de acuerdo con su experiencia de campo, con el fin de mejorar la disponibilidad de nuestros productos y la calidad de nuestras comunicaciones.

- Visitar regularmente los talleres y las operaciones In House para recopilar y documentar toda información relevante de las diferentes operaciones en las que trabajan los vehículos de nuestros clientes a fin de mantener un registro de escenarios de operación que permita aplicar mejoras de campo a nuestros productos y servicios.

- Analizar, proponer y documentar soluciones locales de campo viables, sean provisionales o definitivas, para asegurar la disponibilidad de los equipos que comercializamos.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

- Carrera Universitaria concluida en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica Automotriz, y afines.

- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos y funciones similares

- Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (nivel intermedio)

- Conocimientos en mecánica, electrónica y gestión.

- Conocimiento del SAP.

- Licencia De Conducir A1

- Conocimiento de estadística.

- Dominio de inglés ( indispensable)
