Misión:

Liderar, gestionar, supervisar y controlar la planificación de los distintos trabajos que se efectúan a las unidades del grupo Divemotor (Autos, Vans, Camiones, Buses y Maquinaria) que ingresan al taller de PDI, talleres externos (PV), Carroceros y otros, con la finalidad de entregarlos al cliente final en correcto estado de funcionamiento cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y tiempos de entrega comprometidos generando experiencias excepcionales a nuestros clientes y con un enfoque de trabajo colaborativo

Funciones:

  • Liderar y participar en las reuniones operativas de las líneas de negocio (autos, buses, vans, camiones, maquinaria) para mostrar avances de preparación de unidades (venta, stock, line up) escuchando de manera activa las necesidades del cliente interno para brindarle soporte y soluciones.
  • Gestionar con el taller de PDI, talleres externos (PV), Carroceros y otros las mejores fechas de termino de trabajos en función de su capacidad, cola de producción, tipo de equipamiento o carrocería y asegurar que se cumplan los SLA definidos para asignar las fechas de compromiso logístico (FCL) en cada unidad.
  • Gestionar con el área de Repuestos y LDR el abastecimiento oportuno de los repuestos, insumos, accesorios necesarios para la preparación de unidades y cumplir las proyecciones de venta (planificadas y no planificadas)
  • Mantener comunicación constante con el área de ADV y las unidades de negocio, informando cualquier desviación que impacte en las fechas de compromiso con el cliente (FCC) para tomar decisiones oportunas que permitan asegurar que las unidades IFRS del mes concluyan su preparación y se entreguen, alineados a los compromisos comerciales con nuestros clientes.
  • Gestionar con el Jefe de Servicios PDI la revisión activa de los contratos y supervisar que los servicios (pintura, lavado, acondicionado, cambios de neumáticos, equipamientos especiales, carrocería, entre otros) que brindan los proveedores dentro y fuera del taller se cumplan según los acuerdos de nivel de servicio con el objetivo de culminar el proceso de PDI en tiempos planteados, así como elaborar planes de acción con los proveedores y ejecutar penalidades en caso no se cumplan con dichos niveles de servicio. Participar en los procesos de licitación de servicios,
  • Evaluar y aprobar los presupuestos de reparación que estén fuera de las tarifas definidas en contratos con proveedores que brindan servicio al taller, así como, de ser una reparación atendida por seguro, lograr que se efectúe el trámite de reclamo correspondiente a las compañías y asegurar que las OT’s sean facturadas según presupuesto, todo con el fin de llevar el control de los servicios y monitorear las desviaciones.
  • Gestionar y asegurar que los pagos a proveedores y que los trabajos realizados por el taller sean facturados dentro del mes en curso asegurando el cierre en sistema de las OT’s (mano de obra, trabajos fuera de taller, otros) y OC´s (Revalorizable y no revalorizable) por cada unidad trabajada.

Requisitos

  • Carrera Técnica y/o Universitaria Completa en Ingeniería Industrial, administración, automotriz y afines a la mecánica - Exigible
  • Tiempo de experiencia de manera general: 06 a 07 años.
  • Tiempo de experiencia en funciones similares: 3 años.
  • Conocimiento de Excel Nivel Intermedio- avanzado.
  • Conocimientos de sistemas de planificación, operaciones.
  • Licencia de Conducir (Brevete A-I) .
  • Conocimiento del SAP
