Nos encontramos en la búsqueda del mejor talento para cubrir la vacante de: Jefe De Servicio Planchado Y Pintura Autos/VC.

Misión:

Liderar, controlar y verificar que se realicen todos los trabajos de las unidades que ingresan al Taller de Planchado y Pintura, de acuerdo a los parámetros de la empresa, a fin de cumplir con el tiempo establecido y con la calidad requerida por el cliente Divemotor.

Funciones:

  • Verificar la rentabilidad del taller de Planchado y Pintura con el objetivo de cumplir con la meta de facturación mensual.
  • Auditar y velar por la calidad de las reparaciones, asegurando la entrega de las unidades en óptimas condiciones con la finalidad de superar las expectativas de nuestros clientes.
  • Supervisar y coordinar los trabajos del personal contratista y personal del área de P&P para asegurar la entrega de las unidades en los plazos establecidos y según los lineamientos de fábrica.
  • Controlar la facturación de los contratistas para asegurarnos que los cobros efectuados sean acordes a los trabajos realizados.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los trabajos autorizados por la compañía de seguros con la finalidad de evitar re-procesos.
  • Mantener las buenas relaciones con las Gerencias y Jefaturas de las Compañías de Seguros, visitando y coordinando los acuerdos y contratos del negocio
  • Negociar el ajuste de los precios con los Técnicos de las Compañía de Seguros, con la finalidad de obtener el precio justo.
  • Revisar las diferentes zonas en el taller como bahías, almacenes, cabinas y demás asegurando el orden de nuestras instalaciones.
  • Liderar la evaluación del desempeño, desarrollo y clima laboral de su equipo de trabajo, poniendo en práctica los lineamientos de gestión humana establecidos, con el propósito de contar con personal calificado y motivado en sus puestos de trabajo.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos y lineamientos de Seguridad a fin de promover un ambiente de trabajo seguro para el personal del Taller P&P.

Requisitos

  • Carrera Técnica Completa en Afines a ciencias empresariales y afines a la mecánica.
  • Tiempo de experiencia laboral de 6 años (3 años en puestos similares).
  • Gestión y planificación de actividades - Deseable.
  • Conocimientos en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional - Deseable.
  • Conocimiento de Excel (nivel intermedio) - Deseable.
  • Licencia de Conducir (Brevete A-I) - Exigible
  • Conocimiento del SAP - Deseable
