Mision:

Gestionar y controlar los procesos de atención y operaciones en los Talleres y Operaciones Remotas del área de Servicios Post Venta, cumpliendo con las políticas y lineamiento corporativos, a fin de garantizar una atención adecuada y oportuna, mejorando permanentemente la satisfacción de clientes de la región y logrando los resultados planteados por la Gerencia.

Funciones:

  • Gestionar con los Jefes de Servicio el cumplimiento de la facturación mensual, paso vehicular, estadía, permanencia y nivel de servicio para lograr los objetivos, estrategias y planes generales en la Región.
  • Gestionar conjuntamente con los Talleres y Operaciones Remotas, acciones que aseguren la Satisfacción de los Clientes y la operatividad de su vehículos.
  • Coordinar y estructurar con los Jefes de Servicio y Jefes de Contratos de Mantenimiento el plan de trabajo operativo, con la finalidad de garantizar una atención oportuna de los vehículos de cada cliente.
  • Coordinar con los equipos de soporte técnico, operaciones y procesos acciones que aseguren una atención de calidad, el equipamiento adecuado de los talleres y operaciones remotas y cubrir todas las necesidades identificadas a fin de garantizar un servicio de calidad, fidelizar a los clientes y cumplir con los objetivos de Servicio.
  • Evaluar constantemente la Gestión de los Jefes de Servicio de la Región y coordinar con las Sucursales los movimientos del personal de taller y operaciones remotas.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de las Políticas, prácticas operativas y los procesos establecidos para los Talleres a fin de garantizar los estándares de calidad y seguridad en todos los talleres de la Región.
  • Controlar la ejecución de las Acciones de Fábrica, promover y gestionar la mejora continua en los procesos del Taller a fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de las mejoras del área de Post Venta en los plazos establecidos.
  • Participar en la elaboración del Presupuesto de Servicio de la Región a fin de contribuir con la proyección de los objetivos y planes de la Región.

Requisitos

  • Carrera profesional culminada
  • Profesional con más de 5 años liderando equipos multifuncionales del sector automotriz y/o maquinarias.
  • Manejo de indicadores
  • Experiencia manejando equipos.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes.
