Misión

Realizar diagnóstico y reparación de componentes y sistemas de las unidades asignadas de los clientes del negocio, de acuerdo a los procedimientos del área y los lineamientos de fábrica, con la finalidad de preservar las condiciones de funcionamiento y restablecer la operatividad de los vehículos.

Funciones

  • Realizar diagnóstico de los componentes del tren motriz a fin de conservar sus condiciones de funcionamiento, evitando anticipadamente fallos en la unidad.
  • Realizar montaje y desmontaje del tren motriz (sistemas de freno, dirección, suspensión, neumático, entre otros), con el fin de identificar las causas de las fallas presentadas en el vehículo y el impacto en sus componentes y sistemas.
  • Realizar reparaciones del tren motriz (sistemas de freno, dirección, suspensión, neumático, entre otros), con el fin de restablecer la operatividad de los vehículos.
  • Inspeccionar los componentes del sistema eléctrico, con el fin de identificar las causas de las fallas presentadas en los mismos.
  • Realizar reparaciones del sistema eléctrico (cambio de componentes) con el fin de restablecer la operatividad de los vehículos.
  • Apoyar en los trabajos relacionados al tren motriz (desmontaje, montaje, inspección y reparaciones), con la supervisión de un técnico de nivel superior asignado, para desarrollar las competencias requeridas en los trabajos de mayor complejidad y agilizar la culminación de los trabajos asignados a su equipo.
  • Realizar trabajos que tengan como requisito un nivel técnico menor al suyo, para agilizar las atenciones del taller en caso no hayan trabajos correspondientes a su nivel técnico.

Requisitos

  • Carrera Técnica Completa en Mecánica Automotriz, Electricidad Automotriz, Mecatrónica y afines a la mecánica - exigible
  • Tiempo sugerido de experiencia laboral 1 - 3 años.
  • Tiempo sugerido de experiencia en puestos similares 2 años
  • Experiencia solida en mantenimiento correctivo mecánico/eléctrico de buses - exigible
  • Licencia De Conducir A1 - exigible
  • Conocimiento de Excel (nivel básico) - deseable
  • Conocimiento del SAP - deseable
