Realizar atendimento a clientes, negociar preço, prazo, condições de pagamento e descontos da venda, orientar quanto às especificações dos produtos e/ou serviços. Controlar os pedidos dos clientes, qualidade dos produtos e prazo de entrega estabelecido. Auxiliar os clientes na escolha, demonstrar funcionamento, oferecer apresentação ou distribuir amostras.
