Principais Entregas:

  • Conciliação contábil.
  • Apuração e envio de obrigações acessórias.

  • Participa da auditoria externa, fornecendo informações.

Principais Atividades:

  • Executar e acompanhar as rotinas de fechamento contábil mensal, trimestral e anual, garantindo a integridade, a consistência e a tempestividade das informações;
  • Realizar conciliações e análises de contas patrimoniais e de resultado, identificando divergências e providenciando os ajustes necessários;
  • Efetuar e revisar lançamentos contábeis, provisões, apropriações, reclassificações e demais registros, observando o regime de competência e as normas contábeis aplicáveis;
  • Elaborar e analisar balancetes, balanços patrimoniais, demonstrações de resultado e relatórios gerenciais;
  • Analisar variações de saldos e resultados, investigar inconsistências e propor ações corretivas;
  • Realizar controles e contabilizações relacionados ao ativo imobilizado, incluindo aquisições, capitalizações, baixas, transferências e depreciação;
  • Preparar composições de saldos, memórias de cálculo, relatórios e papéis de trabalho para suportar análises gerenciais e auditorias;
  • Apoiar a elaboração e a revisão das obrigações acessórias contábeis, especialmente a ECD e ECF, conforme o escopo da área.

Requisitos Mínimos:

Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis.

Competências Técnicas:

  • Conhecimento das normas brasileiras de contabilidade (CPCs), legislação societária e princípios contábeis;
  • Experiência com fechamento contábil mensal, trimestral e anual;
  • Domínio de conciliações e análises de contas patrimoniais e de resultado;
  • Conhecimento na elaboração e análise de balancetes, balanço patrimonial, DRE e demais demonstrações contábeis;
  • Experiência com lançamentos contábeis, provisões, apropriações, reclassificações e contabilizações por competência;
  • Experiência com ERP integrado, preferencialmente TOTVS Protheus e RM.
