¿De qué se trata este cargo?

  • Administrar integralmente los contratos de mantenimiento, servicios móviles y operaciones en faena a nivel nacional, asegurando el cumplimiento de los compromisos contractuales, los niveles de servicio y los estándares operacionales, financieros y de seguridad, resguardando la rentabilidad, la continuidad operacional y la satisfacción de los clientes.

¿Cuáles son las principales funciones?

  • Administrar los contratos en faena, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, plazos, SLA y estándares de calidad del cliente.
  • Actuar como contraparte ante el mandante: reuniones de coordinación, actas, cartas, modificaciones de contrato, multas y reclamaciones.
  • Controlar costos, HH, presupuesto y rentabilidad del contrato, analizando desviaciones y proyectando el cierre.
  • Preparar y gestionar estados de pago, valorizaciones y facturación con sus respaldos.
  • Coordinar recursos técnicos, humanos y logísticos (dotación, turnos, equipos, repuestos, traslado y alojamiento) para asegurar la continuidad operacional.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento HSE propio y del mandante, liderando el plan de seguridad del contrato y el cierre de acciones correctivas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento laboral y previsional en régimen de subcontratación (acreditaciones, certificado F30-1, Ley 20.123).
  • Identificar y gestionar riesgos operacionales, contractuales y financieros, con planes de mitigación.
  • Elaborar reportería operacional y contractual periódica para el mandante y la gerencia.
  • Participar en licitaciones y en la movilización y puesta en marcha de nuevas faenas.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de la persona que ocupe este rol?

  • Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Civil Industrial o carrera afín.
  • 2-5 años de experiencia en cargos similares.
  • Contar con licencia de conducir clase B.
  • Conocimientos en Gestión de contratos, estados de pago y presupuestos.
  • Conocimiento en Normativa laboral y de seguridad minera (Ley 20.123, Ley 16.744, DS 132).
  • Manejo de ERP SAP.
  • Contar con disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
