¿De qué se trata este cargo?

Analizar y asegurar la calidad, disponibilidad y trazabilidad de la información comercial de la Gerencia de Camiones, dando seguimiento a los procesos que convierten las oportunidades en pedidos, facturación y resultados rentables.

El cargo actúa como soporte directo de la Gerencia, Jefe Zonal, Product Managers y fuerza comercial, entregando información confiable, alertas tempranas y herramientas de gestión en la disciplina de Sales Operations.

¿Cuáles serán las principales funciones?

  • Pipeline y forecast: consolidar el pipeline comercial, preparar el forecast de pedidos y facturación y levantar alertas tempranas de desviaciones.
  • Seguimiento de facturación: monitorear los negocios desde la oportunidad hasta la facturación, identificando bloqueos y coordinando su resolución con las áreas involucradas.
  • Control de gestión: construir dashboards e informes de ventas, margen y cumplimiento de objetivos por marca, zona, concesionario y vendedor; apoyar la gestión del jefe zonal.
  • Stock y disponibilidad: mantener visibilidad de stock, tránsitos y arribos, y apoyar la asignación comercial de unidades y el control de antigüedad de inventario.
  • Soporte a la red: entregar scorecards por zona y concesionario y dar seguimiento a compromisos y planes de acción.
  • Información y automatización: Manejo de herramientas de IA.
  • Gobernanza comercial: apoyar el control y autorizaciones según la Política Comercial vigente.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de la persona que ocupe este rol?

  • Ingeniería Civil, Comercial, en Control de Gestión o carrera afín.
  • Inglés: Intermedio - excluyente
  • Deseable mas de dos años de experiencia.
  • Excel avanzado y análisis de bases de datos (requerido); Power BI, Power Query, CRM y ERP (altamente deseables); Herramientas de IA.
