¿De qué se trata este cargo?

  • Responsable de atender y orientar al clientes al momento de ingresar a la sucursal derivando a las áreas de ventas, post venta y usados con el objetivo de asegurar el estándar de atención y la experiencia de atención de nuestros clientes.

¿Cuáles son las principales funciones?

  • Dar la bienvenida al cliente y orientarlo al momento de ingresar a la sucursal, derivando al asesor y/o servicio que corresponda.
  • Registrar en sistema el ingreso y registro de clientes, dejando registro de formulario de control de piso.
  • Resolver de manera eficaz y eficiente dilemas en la atención al cliente, según protocolos y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Garantizar una estancia agradable para el cliente proporcionando orientación, refrigerios y mostrando la presentación de producto digital para mantener al visitante informado.
  • Ofrecer y gestionar los servicios de boutique y cafetería a clientes.
  • Velar por la correcta presentación y mantención de cada sector de la sucursal (orden, limpieza, atractivo visual, buen estado inmobiliario, etc.) e informar cuando no cumplan el estándar empresa.
  • Responsable de la coordinación y asignación de la visitas de clientes con consultores especialistas, área de servicios y área de ventas de acuerdo al requerimiento.
  • Actuar como enlace entre el cliente y compañía desde el procesamiento comercial hasta la entrega de vehículo.
  • Apoyar acciones de MKT en sucursal.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de la persona que ocupe este rol?

  • Estudios relacionados con atención a clientes.
  • 1- 2 años de experiencia laboral, deseable experiencia con contacto directo a clientes presenciales y telefónico.
  • Office nivel intermedio.
  • Contestación telefónica.
  • Amabilidad.
  • Buena dicción.
