¿De qué se trata este cargo?

  • Diseñar, desarrollar, implementar y mantener soluciones de Business Intelligence (BI), Data Warehouse (BW) y AWS, transformando datos en información estratégica para apoyar la toma de decisiones del negocio.

¿Cuáles son las principales funciones?

  • Levantar y diagnosticar la factibilidad de los requerimientos y necesidades del cliente interno, además asesorar de manera estratégica sobre el uso de la herramienta tecnológica.
  • Realizar la planificación de la producción de mejoras y/ implementaciones de herramientas tecnológicas desde el inicio hasta su término, velando que se cumplan cada uno de los requerimientos en tiempo, costo y calidad.
  • Coordinar la distribución de las tareas requeridas entre el equipo de trabajo o empresas externas, considerando complejidad y volúmenes de trabajo, junto con el equipo interno (kusers, usuarios de negocio, etc.) para las validaciones funcionales.
  • Implementar y realizar puesta en vivo de los procesos de negocios y/o mejoras soportadas por las herramientas tecnológicas.
  • Coordinar y monitorear la ejecución de las tareas en empresas externas, velando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y estándares definidos.
  • Preparar pruebas de unidades y sistemas para validar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones, documentar de acuerdo con los estándares definidos y preparar material de entrenamiento.
  • Atención de incidencias de nivel 3 según metodología ITIL (escalamiento), en caso de que equipo de continuidad operacional no pueda resolver por conocimiento o prioridad, velando por la corrección de causa junto con dar feedback al soporte de nivel 2 según metodología ITIL para futuras correcciones.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de la persona que ocupe este rol?

  • Ingeniería en Informática, Ciberseguridad o carrera afín.
  • 3 años de experiencia.
  • ERP: diferentes módulos (FI-CO-COPA-DBM-LO, etc)
  • BW4HANA con conocimientos ABAP
  • AWS: Redshift (sql), Quicksight
