¿De qué se trata este cargo?

  • Serás protagonista en el diseño y gestión de la estrategia de compensaciones, asegurando estructuras salariales competitivas, equidad interna y alineación con el mercado.

¿Cuáles serán las principales funciones?

  • Analizar rentas y estudios salariales para ingresos, retenciones y movilidad interna.
  • Administrar y actualizar bandas salariales en base a benchmarks de mercado.
  • Diseñar, proponer y optimizar esquemas de incentivos y compensación variable.
  • Garantizar el correcto y oportuno pago de compensaciones variables.
  • Apoyar procesos de reingeniería organizacional desde la mirada de estructura y costos.
  • Evaluar ajustes de bonos y su impacto presupuestario para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Un perfil analítico, estratégico y orientado al detalle, con experiencia en compensaciones, estudios de mercado y gestión de estructuras salariales, que quiera aportar valor real al negocio y a la experiencia de las personas.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniero(a) Comercial, Civil o carrera afín.
  • Contar con al menos 3 años de experiencia en el cargo o similar.
  • Experiencia trabajando en equipo de compensaciones.
  • Manejo de Excel Intermedio (tablas dinámicas).
  • Conocimiento de SAP (deseable).
  • Manejo de Power BI (deseable)
