¿De qué se trata este cargo?

Garantizar la estandarización y correcto desempeño de la red de concesionarios, supervisando que cumplan los estándares de imagen, infraestructura y normativas de la fábrica, la finalidad es alinear cada punto de venta con el manual de marca y promover la cultura corporativa de la línea asignada en la experiencia del cliente.

¿Cuáles son las principales funciones?

  • Ejecutar un diagnóstico de toda la red de concesionarios y locales que distribuyen productos de la marca, evaluando el estado actual en cuanto a infraestructura, imagen, cumplimiento de estándares y requerimientos de fábrica, con esto identificar brechas y definir planes de acción para nivelar y homologar la red de concesionarios y centros de distribución.
  • Desarrollar e implementar plan estratégico para mejorar el desempeño general de la red de concesionarios (comercial, operativa y de servicio), asegurando el cumplimiento de los indicadores de performance exigidos según los estándares establecidos por la marca.
  • Mantener y asegurar el cumplimiento, por parte de la red de concesionarios, los estándares establecidos en el manual de la marca, incluyendo imagen, lineamientos arquitectónicos, normativas operativas y directrices de identidad de marca entre otros.
  • Supervisar y participar activamente en el desarrollo de proyectos comerciales, operativos, logísticos entre otros, con el propósito de garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares y lineamientos definidos en el manual de la marca.
  • Velar por la correcta y actualizada exhibición de productos y materiales promocionales en cada punto de venta este vigente y condiciones óptimas, con el fin de que cada concesionario cumpla con los estándares establecidos por la marca en cuanto a presentación y ambientación del espacio.
  • Aplicar y actualizar las exigencias específicas del fabricante en función del tipo de concesionario, lo que incluye definir y promover el portafolio de productos (vehículos) adecuado para cada formato o categoría de cada local.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de la persona que ocupe este rol?

  • Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, carrera afín.
  • Hasta 3 años de experiencia.
  • Licencia Clase B.
  • Experiencia con metodología de evaluación y gestión de proyectos.
  • Manejo Microsoft Excel intermedio.
  • Inglés avanzado (excluyente)
