¿De qué se trata este cargo?

Responsable de realizar servicios de mantención y reparación a vehículos y componentes, utilizando en forma eficiente los recursos de la empresa (equipos, herramientas e insumos) y de acuerdo a las directrices de fábrica.

¿Cuáles son las principales funciones?

  • Solicitar asistencia técnica al Jefe de Taller o a personal especializado, en caso que la falla requiera mayor capacidad técnica.
  • Solicitar herramientas y/o equipos especializados para la reparación de componentes.
  • Realizar las reparaciones señaladas en los presupuestos protegiendo los intereses del cliente y de la empresa, procurando cumplir con los tiempos establecidos por fábrica.
  • Actualizar continuamente sus conocimientos técnicos por medio de la asistencia o solicitud de capacitación técnica dentro de su área de especialización.
  • Mantener en buen estado los equipos y herramientas que están bajo su responsabilidad, utilizando en forma eficiente insumos utilizados en la reparación de fallas.
  • Registrar el desarrollo de tareas diarias en la órdenes de trabajo (OT) y apoyar a otras áreas de la empresa cuando sea requerido.
  • Realizar reparaciones en terreno (Comisión de Servicio).
  • Trabajar en horarios flexibles o cambios de turnos de acuerdo a los requerimientos de la empresa.
  • Realizar las tareas diarias cumpliendo con los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos, participando en los planes de emergencia diseñados para la seguridad del área y de la empresa.
  • Mantener la limpieza y el orden en su puesto de trabajo y en todas las dependencias de la empresa.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de la persona que ocupe este rol?

  • Técnico Superior
  • A lo menos 2 años de experiencia
  • Licencia de conducir clase B (excluyente).
  • Deseable conocimiento electrico
  • Deseable computación basica
  • Residencia en la ciudad
