¿De qué se trata este cargo?

  • Incrementar el nivel de ventas en terreno en base a la fidelización y la satisfacción del cliente, por medio de una atención personalizada y una entrega oportuna de la información y asesoría técnica de los repuestos solicitados por los clientes del Grupo Kaufmann.

¿Cuáles son las principales funciones?

  • Realizar funciones asociadas a la administración de los clientes, por medio de un diagnóstico en terreno de necesidades, la promoción de productos atractivos para así aumentar el volumen de venta, la entrega de asesoría técnica, el análisis de los precios del mercado de los repuestos de las marcas representadas, la cotización de repuestos de importación, la negociación de descuentos en los precios dentro de los márgenes establecidos por la Gerencia de Repuestos y la confección eficiente de las cotizaciones solicitadas por los clientes; todo esto con el objetivo de aumentar la fidelización y satisfacción de los clientes.
  • Gestionar ventas cerradas con el área de Central de Distribución y sugerir repuestos a bodega de stock cero para completar pedidos, con el fin de optimizar la capacidad de la bodega de la sucursal y la organización de la misma.
  • Sostener una comunicación fluida con el Jefe de Sucursal, informando acerca de la situación general de los clientes, la cuenta corriente de éste y los resultados del análisis de los precios del mercado de los repuestos de las marcas representadas, con el fin de asegurar la disponibilidad de información actualizada acerca de la situación de los clientes.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de la persona que ocupe este rol?

  • Técnico Profesional e Industrial
  • A lo menos 2 años de experiencia
  • Licencia de conducir clase B (excluyente).
  • Conocimiento de Repuestos (Deseable manejo de catálogos).
  • Conocimiento del mercado automotriz.
  • Computación a nivel usuario.sistema ERP SAP.
  • Residencia en la ciudad de Calama
