Estamos Contratando: Analista Operacional (Facilities)

Buscamos um profissional dinâmico, organizado, com forte senso de urgência e foco em soluções logísticas para dar suporte à nossa gestão de contratos de prestação de serviços (limpeza, portaria, manutenção). Se você tem experiência em controlar escalas de trabalho, gerenciar a entrega de insumos e monitorar a eficiência de postos externos, venha fazer parte do nosso time de Operações!

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Planejar e coordenar o cronograma de compras, estoque e entrega de materiais, produtos químicos, uniformes e EPIs para múltiplos postos de trabalho.
  • Controlar diariamente os índices de absenteísmo (faltas e atrasos), auxiliando os supervisores no acionamento rápido de equipes reservas (folguistas) para evitar postos descobertos.
  • Reunir, auditar e organizar as planilhas de medição de serviços e apontamentos de horas, enviando os dados validados para o faturamento nos prazos corretos.
  • Apoiar na logística de implantação (start) de novos contratos, providenciando o envio de maquinários, entrega de insumos iniciais e check-lists operacionais.
  • Monitorar o inventário de equipamentos alocados nos clientes (lavadoras de piso, aspiradores, etc.), controlando manutenções preventivas e corretivas.
  • Tabular dados operacionais e elaborar relatórios de KPIs (horas extras, consumo de materiais por m², ocorrências e faltas) para suporte à gerência.
  • Atuar como ponto de contato administrativo na sede da empresa para sanar dúvidas operacionais dos encarregados de campo.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada em rotinas administrativas e de suporte operacional, sendo obrigatória a vivência prévia no segmento de Facilities, Terceirização de Mão de Obra ou Logística de Serviços.
  • Noções básicas sobre rotinas de departamento pessoal (regras de escalas 12x36, 6x1 e controle de ponto).
  • Excel Intermediário a Avançado (PROCV, SE, filtros e Tabelas Dinâmicas para cruzamento de dados de insumos e escalas).
  • Vivência com sistemas integrados de gestão (ERP operacionais ou softwares de gestão de facilities).
  • Perfil proativo, altamente organizado, com excelente comunicação e agilidade para resolver imprevistos cotidianos.
