Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Operações para atuar em cobertura de férias na carteira de condomínios corporativos e logísticos no Rio de Janeiro.

A pessoa será responsável por garantir a continuidade da operação dos empreendimentos durante o período de substituição, apoiando a gestão operacional, administrativa e financeira dos condomínios, além de atuar diretamente no relacionamento com clientes, condôminos, locatários, fornecedores e equipes terceirizadas.

Os empreendimentos estão localizados em diferentes regiões do Rio de Janeiro, incluindo galpões logísticos na região de Duque de Caxias, prédios corporativos no Centro do Rio de Janeiro e na Zona Sul.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Garantir a continuidade da operação dos empreendimentos durante o período de cobertura de férias;
  • Acompanhar e controlar a execução dos serviços de manutenção, limpeza, portaria, segurança e demais contratos operacionais;
  • Acompanhar equipes próprias e empresas terceirizadas, assegurando o cumprimento dos contratos e níveis de serviço acordados;
  • Realizar atendimento a síndicos, representantes dos clientes, condôminos, locatários e fornecedores;
  • Acompanhar manutenções preventivas e corretivas dos sistemas prediais;
  • Realizar vistorias e inspeções nas áreas comuns dos empreendimentos;
  • Atender, registrar e acompanhar solicitações, ocorrências e reclamações dos usuários e clientes;
  • Apoiar no controle financeiro dos condomínios, incluindo acompanhamento de despesas, orçamento operacional, rateios, aprovações, contratos, notas fiscais e fluxo de pagamentos;
  • Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e no acompanhamento de indicadores operacionais e financeiros;
  • Apoiar atendimentos de ocorrências, auditorias, fiscalizações e demandas emergenciais;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, procedimentos internos e padrões operacionais da empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Engenharia, Gestão de Facilities, Gestão Predial ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em operações de condomínios corporativos, logísticos, facilities ou gestão predial;
  • Conhecimento em acompanhamento de contratos, fornecedores, manutenção predial e rotinas operacionais;
  • Vivência com controle financeiro, notas fiscais, orçamento, aprovações e relatórios será considerada um diferencial;
  • Boa capacidade analítica e domínio do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em diferentes empreendimentos no Rio de Janeiro.
