Descripción del empleo

¿De qué se trata el puesto?

Negociar, dirigir y ejecutar las actividades de posicionamiento de nuestras marcas de bebidas alcohólicas a través de herramientas, acciones diferenciadas, diálogos y negociaciones de valor para lograr crecimiento y fortalecimiento en los clientes del canal On Trade; asegurando además la correcta ejecución y un buen nivel de servicio, capitalizando nuevas oportunidades de negocio para obtener mayor volumen y rentabilidad.

Los retos del puesto:

  • Capturar y desarrollar oportunidades en el punto de venta.
  • Gestionar y controlar el presupuesto y los materiales POP asignados.
  • Activación de los clientes del canal a través de acciones comerciales diferenciadas.
  • Seguimiento de indicadores de cobertura / SOVI / volumen de bebidas alcohólicas.
  • Cerrar acuerdos comerciales diferenciados con los clientes capitalizando oportunidades.
  • Realizar visitas periódicas a la cartera de clientes asignada, asegurando la ejecución correcta en los puntos de venta.
  • Maximizar la participación de la marca en el mercado, alcanzado las cuotas de ventas establecidas y desarrollando actividades estratégicas en concordancia con los objetivos comerciales de la marca que representa.
  • Brindar soporte directo e indirecto al Jefe Regional de Ventas Interior en cuanto a seguimiento de desarrollos de clientes TOP para la categoría de bebidas alcohólicas.

Requisitos

¿A quién buscamos?

  • Bachiller en Marketing, Administración, Ing. Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 2 años en posiciones similares.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Excel.
