Job Description

Propósito Principal

Diseñar, integrar y administrar las arquitecturas, bases de datos y procesos de transformación de información del negocio para garantizar información confiable, estructurada y disponible que soporte la toma de decisiones y el desarrollo de soluciones analíticas.

Qualifications

Principales Funciones

  • Diseñar y mantener pipelines de integración y transformación de datos provenientes de diferentes sistemas y fuentes de información corporativa para garantizar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y actualización oportuna de la información utilizada por el negocio.
  • Desarrollar e implementar procesos ETL/ELT automatizados para la extracción, limpieza y consolidación de datos para asegurar la eficiencia operativa y reducir la dependencia de procesos manuales en la gestión de información.
  • Estructurar y administrar modelos de datos empresariales y repositorios analíticos para garantizar la consistencia, trazabilidad e integridad de la información corporativa.
  • Implementar y monitorear controles, estándares y reglas de calidad de datos sobre las diferentes fuentes de información para asegurar la confiabilidad de los indicadores y reportes utilizados para la toma de decisiones.
  • Administrar y optimizar el costo, las plataformas, bases de datos y ambientes de almacenamiento de información para mantener el desempeño, estabilidad y escalabilidad de la arquitectura de datos corporativa.
  • Colaborar con los Coordinadores BI y las diferentes áreas del negocio en la definición de requerimientos de información para contribuir al desarrollo de soluciones analíticas alineadas a las necesidades estratégicas y operativas de la compañía.
  • Evaluar e impulsar mejoras continuas en la arquitectura, gobierno y tecnologías de datos para contribuir a la evolución de las capacidades analíticas y la transformación digital de la organización.

Requisitos:

Ingeniero en Sistemas de la información, Sistemas o afines.

Experiencia de 1 a 2 años como Ingeniero o Arquitecto de Datos.

Additional Information

Dominio de lenguajes de programación como Python y Scala.

Experiencia con tecnologías de big data (por ejemplo, Apache Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).

Conocimiento de bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL.

Fuerte conocimiento del modelado de datos y diseño de esquemas.
