Descripción del empleo

📌Misión del Cargo:

Maximizar la rotación (sellout) hacia el consumidor/shopper, del producto vendido por USI al punto de venta, a través de la correcta ejecución de las acciones y estímulos comerciales diseñados para tal fin, asegurando a su vez la correcta colocación y exhibición de los productos de la compañía, cumpliendo la ejecución del material POP, exhibidores y degustaciones en los diferentes puntos de venta por canal, a través de gestionar en forma eficiente y oportuna los recursos disponibles, conforme lo requiera la estrategia.

📌Funciones Principales:

✅ Impulsar en el punto de venta los diferentes productos de portafolio en los lugares estratégicamente asignados, con la finalidad de lograr un mayor desplazamiento de los productos en los puntos de venta.

✅ Colocar el material de material POP en los diferentes puntos de venta con el fin de asegurar que estos sean colocados de manera oportuna, según plan.

✅ Realizar inventarios de producto en los puntos de venta diariamente, con el fin de mantener informado al equipo de venta de la disponibilidad de producto.

✅ Realizar degustaciones de producto en el punto de venta, para dar a conocer el producto y sus características e incrementar la venta.

✅ la Planimetría en las exhibiciones en los puntos de ventas, con la finalidad de tener el producto exhibido y generar ventas a través de la exhibición misma

✅ Aplicar el PEPS (primeras entradas primeras salidas) en los puntos de ventas para asegurar la correcta rotación de producto.

Requisitos

📌Requisitos:

✅ Educación Formal: Bachillerato culminado

✅Experiencia Laboral: Mínimo 1-2 años de experiencia en Industrias de consumo masivo, en canal mayorista/Tradicional.

✅ Disponibilidad de trasladarse, según puntos de venta asignados.

📌Conocimientos:

✅ Conocimiento de Aplicación Involves.

✅ Inventarios.
