Descripción del empleo

Promover acciones profesionales desde las diferentes áreas y campos de intervención que logren un impacto social en los individuos a fin de buscar el bienestar de los colaboradores, atendiendo sus requerimientos y necesidades de acuerdo con los beneficios asignados por la compañía para contribuir a un mejor ambiente.

Requisitos

FINALIDADES ESPECIFICAS

  • Administrar los beneficios sociales corporativos de los colaboradores junto con los proveedores de servicios a fin de asegurar que todos lo reciban, manteniendo un control exhaustivo de las altas y bajas de personal vs. la información que envía la compañía de seguros.
  • Consolidar el planificador de vacaciones anuales de todos los colaboradores, para dar seguimiento y controlar la ejecución de las mismas; asegurando una correcta cuadratura de saldos entre Connect y SAP con sus documentos debidamente archivados en su carpeta.
  • Ejecutar actividades del PMO OHI, programa de reconocimiento a los colaboradores, celebraciones de cumpleaños, premiaciones a colaboradores del mes, con el fin de garantizar alto nivel de cultura y engagement en nuestros colaboradores.
  • Administrar la información de los colaboradores en Connect y carpeta física a fin de garantizar que la misma esté completa y correcta acorde con lo determinado en el sistema
  • Apoyar la gestión del área de Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional en temas referentes a control y manejo de accidentes e incidentes laborales para mantener actualizada la información hacia las entidades de control.
  • Realizar visitas domiciliares a los nuevos ingresos o a colaboradores con calamidades domésticas para dar un correcto acompañamiento.
  • Asegurar la correcta administración del presupuesto de Indirectos para las diferentes actividades o beneficios a los colaboradores sin provocar excedentes.
  • Asegurar la correcta administración de los beneficios a colaboradores como casas comerciales y seguros privados, notificando la oportuna vinculación o baja.

REQUISITOS

  • Licenciatura en Trabajo Social.
  • Contar con 2 años de experiencia en empresas de consumo masivo.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Contar con Vehículo propio.
