🌱 Pasante de Datos | Programa Ambiental Moura (PAM)

En Baterías Moura buscamos estudiantes con perfil analítico, interés por los datos y ganas de aprender para sumarse al Programa Ambiental Moura (PAM), un área estratégica enfocada en la gestión ambiental, la sustentabilidad y la mejora continua de los procesos vinculados al reciclado y tratamiento responsable de materiales.

🎯 ¿Cuál es el desafío?

Acompañar la gestión operativa del área PAM para comprender el proceso de punta a punta, transformando esa información en indicadores, análisis y soluciones digitales que contribuyan a mejorar la trazabilidad, optimizar los controles y fortalecer la toma de decisiones.

📌 Principales responsabilidades

• Realizar el seguimiento de la operación y de los movimientos asociados al circuito PAM.

• Controlar, consolidar y analizar información clave para la gestión del área.

• Colaborar en el seguimiento de stocks, documentación y procesos operativos.

• Participar en iniciativas de automatización, digitalización y mejora continua.

• Desarrollar y actualizar indicadores, reportes y tableros de gestión.

✅ Algunas de tus tareas serán

• Realizar el seguimiento diario de la operación PAM, gestionando tickets, retiros y pendientes del proceso.

• Controlar y conciliar documentación operativa, incluyendo pesadas, manifiestos, remitos y certificados de disposición final, asegurando la calidad y trazabilidad de la información.

• Brindar soporte en la registración y seguimiento de movimientos en SAP, colaborando con el control de stocks y la validación de información relevante para la operación.

• Acompañar la gestión y seguimiento de metalúrgicas, transportistas y otros actores involucrados en el circuito, identificando desvíos y oportunidades de mejora.

• Preparar y actualizar indicadores, reportes y presentaciones para las rutinas de gestión del área.

• Desarrollar y mantener dashboards en Power BI y herramientas de seguimiento en Excel.

• Participar en proyectos de digitalización y automatización mediante herramientas como Power Apps, Power BI y Excel.

• Analizar datos operativos para proponer mejoras en controles, procesos y trazabilidad, contribuyendo a una gestión cada vez más eficiente y digital.

• Estudiantes avanzados de Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Logística, Negocios Digitales o carreras afines.

• Manejo de Excel y Power BI.

• Conocimientos de Power Apps.

• Interés por el análisis de datos, la mejora continua y la transformación digital.

• Perfil analítico, proactivo y orientado a resultados.

• Buenas habilidades de organización y trabajo en equipo.
