🎯 Objetivo de la posición

Brindar soporte al área de Ingeniería de Producto, colaborando en la estandarización y actualización de documentación técnica, la gestión de información de producto y proceso, el análisis de datos y la identificación de oportunidades de mejora. Participar activamente en iniciativas de automatización y digitalización que contribuyan a la eficiencia de los procesos industriales, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares internos y normativas aplicables.

📌 Principales responsabilidades

• Elaborar y actualizar documentación técnica de procesos y productos de acuerdo con los lineamientos del área.

• Mantener actualizadas las Fichas Técnicas de Producto, garantizando la trazabilidad y consistencia de la información.

• Extraer, procesar y analizar datos de proceso para generar información que facilite la toma de decisiones.

• Colaborar en el desarrollo de reportes, indicadores y herramientas de seguimiento de desempeño.

• Participar en proyectos de automatización y digitalización de procesos administrativos y productivos.

• Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua aplicando metodologías de resolución de problemas y Quick Kaizen.

• Brindar soporte en la implementación y mantenimiento de estándares de calidad, documentación y control de cambios.

• Estudiantes avanzados de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Electromecánica o carreras afines.

• Manejo de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.

• Interés por los procesos productivos, la mejora continua y la digitalización.

• Perfil analítico, proactivo y con ganas de aprender en un entorno industrial.
