Responsabilidades e atribuições:

Atendimento de primeiro nível: atender chamadas, chats e tickets de clientes com dificuldades técnicas básicas.

Registro de chamados: identificar, registrar e categorizar corretamente os chamados no sistema.

Orientações iniciais: realizar orientações de primeiro nível, como reinicialização de equipamentos, verificação de cabos e configurações simples.

Escalonamento de ocorrências: encaminhar ocorrências não resolvidas para os níveis superiores de suporte (N2/N3).

Acompanhamento de atendimentos: monitorar os atendimentos em aberto e garantir retorno ao cliente dentro do SLA.

Requisitos e qualificações:

Boa comunicação, escuta ativa e empatia.

Capacidade de seguir roteiros e protocolos com precisão.

Foco em atendimento humanizado e resolução eficiente.

Ensino médio completo.
