Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar na célula de atendimento em TI, responsável pelo suporte a incidentes, alertas e requisições de serviço relacionados a sistemas corporativos e infraestrutura.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Atendimento a usuários via e-mail, telefone, WhatsApp e sistema de tickets, assegurando a resolução das demandas de primeiro nível.
  • Monitoramento de dashboards para identificação de falhas e garantia da estabilidade dos sistemas.
  • Abertura e acompanhamento de chamados junto às equipes responsáveis.
  • Participação em salas de crise, oferecendo suporte e direcionamento das ações necessárias.
  • Escalonamento de incidentes quando aplicável.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em áreas relacionadas à Tecnologia da Informação.
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalho em equipe.
  • Empatia e foco no atendimento ao usuário.
  • Organização e responsabilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas simultâneas.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e atender prazos estabelecidos.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Linux e Windows (plus)
