Responsabilidades e Atribuições

CONFERÊNCIA DE DADOS CADASTRAIS: Conferir dados básicos (CPF/CNPJ, endereço) em contratos e ordens de serviço.

EMISSÃO DE NOTAS FISCAIS SIMPLES: Emitir notas fiscais de serviços recorrentes ou planos padrões.

EMISSÃO DE FATURAS: Emitir faturas conforme orientações recebidas.

LANÇAMENTO DE DADOS NO ERP: Inserir dados no sistema ERP com base em orientação do superior.

ARQUIVAMENTO DE DOCUMENTOS: Arquivar notas fiscais e boletos, em formato físico ou digital.

APOIO NA ORGANIZAÇÃO DE PASTAS: Auxiliar na montagem de pastas mensais para conferência e auditoria.

ENVIO DE DOCUMENTOS DE COBRANÇA: Enviar documentos de cobrança a clientes conforme modelo padronizado

Requisitos e Qualificações

Noções básicas de emissão de NF-e (serviços/produtos), conhecimento inicial em ERPs, excel básico (filtros, soma, organização de planilhas).

Atenção a detalhes, organização pessoal e arquivamento, boa comunicação interpessoal e disposição para aprender.

Ensino Médio completo.
