Funciones:

1. Liderar el desarrollo de la nueva plataforma para constructoras, desde el discovery y definición de la propuesta de valor hasta su implementación, lanzamiento y evolución. trabajar en las definiciones funcionales y llevar el backlog del nuevo producto.

2. Definir la visión, roadmap y backlog del producto, priorizando iniciativas según impacto en el usuario, valor para el negocio, esfuerzo y dependencias.

3. Coordinar al equipo multidisciplinario de producto —diseño, tecnología, data y otros stakeholders— asegurando alineamiento respecto al alcance, prioridades y resultados esperados.

4. Supervisar los tres productos/proyectos actuales del frente de constructoras, asegurando su continuidad operativa, mantenimiento, resolución de incidencias y mejoras necesarias, sin perder el foco en la construcción de la solución futura.

5. Promover una visión de producto basada en data, asegurando que la información generada por las interacciones y transacciones digitales pueda ser capturada y utilizada para mejorar la experiencia y la toma de decisiones comerciales.

Requisitos

  • Egresado/a de negocios, economía, antropología o carreras afines.
  • 1+ años de experiencia como Product Owner.
  • Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles.
  • Experiencia liderando el trabajo con productos digitales.
  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos en paralelo, asegurando tanto la continuidad operativa como la evolución del producto.
