Descrição da vaga:

  • Modelo: Presencial (unidade)
  • Jornada de trabalho: Seg. à sex. | 08h às 15h | 1h de intervalo

Objetivo da função

Auxiliar nas rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, garantindo organização dos processos, suporte aos colaboradores e controle das demandas administrativas do setor com atenção, ética e comprometimento.

Responsabilidades:

  • Auxiliar na entrega e controle de EPIs e uniformes
  • Realizar agendamento de ASO admissional, periódico e demissional
  • Dar suporte nas solicitações de documentos para admissões
  • Organizar documentos e arquivos do setor
  • Auxiliar no atendimento aos colaboradores
  • Apoiar nas rotinas administrativas do Departamento Pessoal
  • Lançamento de atestado e gestão de manutenção do ponto
  • Alimentar planilhas e sistemas internos

Pré-requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Estar cursando RH, Administração ou áreas correlatas
  • Conhecimento básico em informática
  • Boa comunicação e vontade de aprender
