Descrição da Vaga:

  • Modelo: Presencial (unidade)
  • Jornada de trabalho: Seg. à sex. 08h as 18h
  • Canal: Televendas + WhatsApp
  • Tipo de venda: giro / volume / recorrência

Objetivo da função

Realizar vendas presenciais, atendendo clientes e parceiros (lojas de autopeças, oficinas, distribuidoras e frotistas), com foco em prospecção, negociação, fechamento de pedidos e fidelização.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atendimento no balcão e comercial B2B com clientes e parceiros;
  • Prospecção e reativação de carteira (clientes inativos);
  • Cotação, negociação e fechamento de pedidos;
  • Follow-up disciplinado de orçamentos (recuperação de vendas);
  • Aumento de mix (itens complementares) e ticket por pedido;
  • Pós-venda básico (confirmação de entrega e satisfação).

Pré-requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência em vendas internas B2B e B2C (Atendimento presencial/telefone/WhatsApp)
  • Organização e disciplina com follow-up e carteira
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Ritmo forte de trabalho e foco em meta
  • Energia de vendas + disciplina de execução
  • Resiliência com objeções e pressão por resultado
  • Capacidade de vender solução (não só preço)
  • Diferenciais: autopeças / linha automotiva / atacado/ conhecimento de catálogos / aplicação de peças / ERP
