En Grupo Pantaleon estamos en búsqueda de un Coordinador de Reclutamiento y Selección para unirse a nuestro equipo en Escuintla, Guatemala. Buscamos a un profesional con experiencia en el área de Recursos Humanos, para gestionar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección para todas las áreas del Ingenio a nivel administrativo (jefatura, coordinación, supervisión). Desde el primer contacto con los candidatos hasta la inducción, serás el encargado de asegurar que contamos con el mejor talento para cada área.

Como Coordinador de Reclutamiento y Selección, será tu responsabilidad crear conexiones sólidas con universidades y otras instituciones educativas para atraer y retener talento de calidad. Además, participarás activamente en el proceso de integración de los nuevos empleados hasta culminar los dos meses, así como también formarás parte de todas las actividades relacionadas con la experiencia del colaborador, asegurando un ambiente de trabajo positivo y productivo para nuestro equipo.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Psicología Industrial.
  • 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares
  • Excelentes relaciones interpersonales
  • Disponibilidad para residir dentro de las instalaciones del Ingenio
  • Pasión por el proceso de reclutamiento y selección
  • Manejo de Microsoft office a nivel intermedio comprobado
