Descripción del puesto

Objetivo:

Administrar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de instalaciones y construcciones en general, así como la ejecución de proyectos de infraestructura, para asegurar la continuidad operativa, el uso eficiente de los recursos y el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y presupuesto establecidos.

📍Ubicación: Escuintla, Guatemala

Principales Funciones:

  1. Coordinar la ejecución de obras nuevas, modificaciones y proyectos de infraestructura requeridos por la operación.
  2. Administrar el recurso humano, materiales, insumos, equipos e instalaciones necesarios para la ejecución de mantenimiento y proyectos.
  3. Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de planes de trabajo, presupuesto, tiempos y condiciones programadas.
  4. Mantener comunicación y coordinación constante con áreas internas, proveedores y contratistas para atender requerimientos de mantenimiento y obras.
  5. Participar en el diseño, planificación y ejecución de proyectos de mejora e innovación que contribuyan a la eficiencia y calidad de la operación.

Requisitos

Experiencia

💼 Experiencia mínima de 3 años en construcción y mantenimiento de instalaciones industriales y agroindustriales.

💼 Experiencia liderando equipos o coordinando proyectos de mantenimiento, infraestructura u obras civiles.

Conocimientos técnicos

Dominio de AutoCAD para la elaboración y modificación de planos y diseños técnicos.

Conocimiento en cálculos estructurales, drenajes, agua potable, electricidad, topografía y mecánica de suelos.

Conocimiento de los principales códigos nacionales e internacionales para construcción.

Manejo de paquetes de Microsoft Office.

Deseable manejo del idioma inglés.

Deseable maestría en Cálculo y Diseño Estructural o Evaluación y Formulación de Proyectos.
