Buscamos um profissional com forte orientação a resultados e metas, alta competitividade e rapidez na tomada de decisão, para atuar como Vendedor. Que tenha perfil com foco em ganhar, fechar e avançar, e gosto por desafios, pressão e ambientes dinâmicos. Que apresente menor tolerância à rotina e a processos muito burocráticos, atuando melhor em contextos ágeis e orientados à ação. Que possua comunicação direta, objetiva e persuasiva, com facilidade para influenciar decisões e impulsionar resultados comerciais.

Atividades:

• Realizar vendas internas B2B por telefone e WhatsApp, com foco em relacionamento e recorrência • Atuar no atendimento ativo e receptivo da carteira de clientes • Prospectar novos clientes e reativar clientes inativos • Conduzir negociações de preços, volumes, prazos e condições comerciais, preservando a margem • Trabalhar estratégias para aumento de mix de produtos, ticket médio e recompra • Acompanhar pedidos desde a venda até a entrega, garantindo satisfação do cliente • Manter e desenvolver a carteira de clientes, visando relacionamento de longo prazo • Registrar e atualizar informações de clientes e negociações no CRM • Gerenciar o funil de vendas e realizar follow-ups contínuos • Cumprir metas de faturamento, recorrência e indicadores comerciais • Analisar resultados e propor ações para melhoria de desempenho • Atuar de forma consultiva, identificando oportunidades e necessidades do cliente
