Objetivo do Cargo :Garantir o crescimento das vendas de produtos químicos por meio da identificação de oportunidades de negócios, construção de relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes e oferta de soluções personalizadas, visando o alcance das metas de vendas da empresa.

Requisitos de Experiência de Trabalho:

  • Experiência comprovada em vendas, demonstrando histórico de conquistas em fechamento de negócios.
  • Identificar e prospectar ativamente clientes potenciais na indústria química.
  • Desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos e duradouros com os clientes existentes, compreendendo profundamente suas demandas, requisitos e metas.
  • Realizar análises de mercado e monitorar a concorrência para identificar tendências e oportunidades estratégicas.
  • Apresentar produtos químicos de maneira eficaz, alinhando-os às necessidades específicas de cada cliente.
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais personalizadas, incluindo detalhes sobre produtos, preços e condições de venda.
  • Conduzir efetivamente com clientes visando a concretização de vendas bem-sucedidas.
  • Coletar e documentar o feedback dos clientes para melhorar continuamente os processos de vendas e atender às expectativas.
