QUEM SOMOSCENTRO DE EXCELÊNCIA EM TRATAMENTOS DE ALTA COMPLEXIDADEO GRUPO PD é um centro de terapias integradas especializado no cuidado de crianças e adolescentes neurodivergentes, com atuação baseada em práticas científicas, protocolos internacionais e intervenções individualizadas.Contamos com uma equipe interdisciplinar formada por psicólogos, terapeutas ocupacionais, fonoaudiólogos, fisioterapeutas, educadores físicos e musicoterapeutas, que atua de forma integrada para identificar necessidades, desenvolver habilidades e potencializar a evolução de cada indivíduo.ATENDIMENTO INTEGRADO E PERSONALIZADONossas unidades estão localizadas em Alphaville / Barueri – SP, com estrutura completa e profissionais capacitados para atender diferentes perfis de alta complexidade, atuando de forma integrada nos aspectos comportamentais, sensoriais, motores e pedagógicos.Nosso objetivo é promover a evolução contínua, favorecendo a autonomia, o desenvolvimento funcional e a inserção nos diversos contextos da vida social.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar e controlar as rotinas de Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber.Realizar conciliações bancárias, financeiras e contábeis.Efetuar conciliação de cartões de crédito e demais meios de pagamento.Elaborar e analisar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores financeiros.Realizar apuração de metas corporativas e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs).Elaborar orçamentos de serviços e análises de viabilidade financeira.Apoiar o fechamento contábil por meio da conferência das movimentações e integrações contábeis.Validar lançamentos e movimentações financeiras para garantir a integridade das informações.Elaborar análises de Orçado x Realizado (Budget x Actual), identificando desvios e propondo planos de ação.Acompanhar a execução do orçamento corporativo (Budget), monitorando receitas, despesas e investimentos.Desenvolver dashboards e apresentações executivas para apoio à gestão.Mapear oportunidades de melhoria, automação e padronização dos processos financeiros.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, garantindo conformidade dos controles.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo: em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Sólidos conhecimentos em rotinas financeiras e controladoria.Experiência com orçamento empresarial (Budget).Vivência com análises financeiras e indicadores de desempenho.Conhecimento em conciliações financeiras e contábeis.Experiência com fechamento financeiro e suporte ao fechamento contábil.Excel avançado: (Power Query, Tabelas Dinâmicas, PROCX, SOMASES, Fórmulas avançadas e Dashboards).
