2. Missão do cargo

Realizar análises, controles e atividades financeiras da empresa, garantindo a organização, confiabilidade e precisão das informações financeiras, contribuindo para a saúde financeira do negócio e apoiando a tomada de decisões estratégicas.

3. Principais responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Realizar o controle de contas a pagar e a receber.
  • Executar conciliações bancárias e financeiras.
  • Acompanhar o fluxo de caixa e elaborar projeções financeiras.
  • Realizar análises de receitas, despesas e custos.
  • Elaborar relatórios e indicadores financeiros.
  • Acompanhar vencimentos, pagamentos e recebimentos.
  • Conferir documentos fiscais, boletos, notas fiscais e lançamentos financeiros.
  • Apoiar o fechamento financeiro mensal.
  • Identificar divergências e propor melhorias nos processos financeiros.
  • Realizar interface com bancos, fornecedores e demais áreas da empresa.
  • Garantir a organização e atualização das informações financeiras.
  • Apoiar o planejamento orçamentário e o controle de despesas.

4. Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência na área financeira.
  • Conhecimento em contas a pagar e receber.
  • Conhecimento em conciliação bancária e fluxo de caixa.
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade analítica.

5. Requisitos desejáveis

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou Economia.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP.
  • Experiência com relatórios e indicadores financeiros.
  • Conhecimento em planejamento e controle financeiro.
