Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos uma pessoa analítica, organizada e segura tecnicamente para atuar como Analista Financeiro, com foco em análises financeiras, controles, relatórios e apoio à tomada de decisão da diretoria.

A posição não envolve gestão direta de equipe, mas exige visão financeira, responsabilidade com prazos, boa comunicação e capacidade de responder demandas com clareza e agilidade.

Embora o foco principal seja analítico, a pessoa também deverá conhecer e apoiar rotinas operacionais do setor financeiro, contas a receber, faturamento, cobranças, e controles internos, conforme necessidade da área.

Principais atividades

· Elaborar, atualizar e analisar relatórios financeiros e gerenciais;

· Apoiar a diretoria com informações financeiras claras e confiáveis;

· Analisar receitas, despesas, custos, fluxo de caixa, inadimplência e resultados;

· Identificar variações, riscos, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria;

· Organizar dados para reuniões, apresentações e tomadas de decisão;

· Apoiar projeções, comparativos e acompanhamento de indicadores;

· Responder questionamentos da liderança com agilidade e segurança técnica;

· Apoiar rotinas financeiras operacionais quando necessário;

· Trabalhar de forma integrada com financeiro, comercial, OPEC, contabilidade e demais áreas.

Requisitos

· Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira, Economia ou áreas relacionadas;

· Experiência em rotinas financeiras, controles, relatórios e análise de dados;

· Conhecimento em contas a pagar, contas a receber, fluxo de caixa, faturamento ou conciliação;

· Excel intermediário/avançado;

· Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;

· Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos;

· Segurança para lidar com demandas e questionamentos da diretoria.

Será um diferencial

· Experiência com apresentação de resultados financeiros;

· Conhecimento em Power BI, dashboards ou ferramentas de visualização de dados;

· Vivência com ERP ou sistemas financeiros;

· Noções de DRE, centro de custos, orçamento ou indicadores financeiros.

· Familiaridade com ferramentas e sistemas de Inteligência Artificial (IA) aplicados à análise de dados, relatórios e melhoria de processos, com avaliação crítica dos resultados.
