Executar as rotinas de admissão, desde a conferência da documentação até o cadastro no sistema e o envio das informações ao eSocial. Realizar o acompanhamento de ponto eletrônico; Apoiar o processamento da folha de pagamento, férias e rescisões, com lançamento de documentos e conferência de variáveis de cálculos referentes a benefícios. Elaborar e manter planilhas, controles e relatórios para gestão do processo, com foco na gestão de alto volume de dados, mantendo a conformidade entre as informações. Organizar, conferir e arquivar documentos trabalhistas, físicos e digitais, observando o sigilo das informações.
